Sales Executive

TracNcare is seeking a result-driven, hard-working and self-motivated Sales Executive to join its organization. As Sales Executive, you will present and sell tracNcare to hotels, resorts, condo-hotels, management companies and chains in Canada and northeastern United States. Your responsibilities will be to perform strategic account development, solicitation, presentations, contract negotiation and closing.


  • Research and evaluate opportunities throughout a specified region
  • Identify leads and manage the prospect through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Perform software presentations on tracNcare
  • Prepare and deliver financial proposals to prospects
  • Engage in contract negotiations with C-level individuals
  • Account management of existing clients


  • 5+ years of sales and account management experience with a proven track record
  • Experience in software technologies is a plus
  • Experience in hotel operations is a plus
  • Be a go-getter with excellent prospecting and closing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and structured
  • Knowledge of account management tools

The compensation plan includes a base salary, commissions and competitive benefits.
