TracNcare is seeking a result-driven, hard-working and self-motivated Sales Executive to join its organization. As Sales Executive, you will present and sell tracNcare to hotels, resorts, condo-hotels, management companies and chains in Canada and northeastern United States. Your responsibilities will be to perform strategic account development, solicitation, presentations, contract negotiation and closing.
- Research and evaluate opportunities throughout a specified region
- Identify leads and manage the prospect through all phases of the sales cycle
- Perform software presentations on tracNcare
- Prepare and deliver financial proposals to prospects
- Engage in contract negotiations with C-level individuals
- Account management of existing clients
- 5+ years of sales and account management experience with a proven track record
- Experience in software technologies is a plus
- Experience in hotel operations is a plus
- Be a go-getter with excellent prospecting and closing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and structured
- Knowledge of account management tools
The compensation plan includes a base salary, commissions and competitive benefits.
