Why We Built tracNcare
The idea of creating tracNcare emerged a few years ago when our customers reached out to us for a better way to manage their assets.
After significant market research we were able to determine that the majority of the hospitality industry was manually managing their property’s numerous assets or using antiquated systems, thus providing them no way of ensuring proper quality control or maintenance management.
We also saw an opportunity to build guest request and housekeeping functionality into the system. Once our planning and market research was complete we set out to design the most robust and easy to use software platform available. Not long after, tracNcare was born.
